To sign up for a Segway Costa Rica eco-tour fill out our tour reservation form below.

Upon confirmation of your tour reservation request we ask for a credit card. We immediately "verify" that the card can support the cost of the tour. To us, a reservation is a promise — we promise that your reservation will be honored. We do not overbook. We guarantee that your reservation will be held. For this reason, we may have to turn away guests, and potential revenue. Therefore, once we accept a reservation we must enforce the following policies:

Your credit card will be charged for the full payment upon confirmation of your reservation request. By providing your credit card information and proceeding with your eco-tour reservation, you agree to all Terms and Conditions, which include our Cancellation Policies, and our Release of Liability (PDF 134k). The following credit cards are accepted. Registration fees are non-transferable.

Declined Credit Cards: If the authorization on the credit card provided is declined, we will attempt to notify you by email at the email address you provided. The reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked depending on availability.
